Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. each: basil, oregano and Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except for cheese.

2On waxed paper or foil, pat meat to a 12 x 10-inch rectangle.

3Sprinkle cheese on top of meat, leaving a small margin around edges.

4Starting from one end, carefully roll up meat, using paper to lift.

5Seal edges and ends.

6Place roll, seam side down, in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

7Pour 3/4 cup each of Ragu sauce and barbecue sauce over meat loaf.

8Bake at 350° until done, 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
