- 1 egg
- 1 lb. ground chuck steak
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 can condensed vegetable soup (do not dilute)
- butter
Directions

1Set out ingredients, mixing bowl, measuring spoons and cups, fork, muffin tins and pot holders.

2Set oven at 450°.

3Beat egg in mixing bowl.

4Add ground steak, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/8 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, bread crumbs and vegetable soup.

5Mix lightly with fork. Butter 12 muffin tins.

6Spoon meat mixture into muffin cups. Round off tops.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

8Makes 6 servings.
