- 8 manicotti shells
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. Pecorino Romano grated cheese
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- seasoning to taste
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce or your own sauce
Directions

1Use an 8 or 9 x 4-inch casserole.

2Cook manicotti as directed. Saute hamburg in olive oil until brown.

3Mix thoroughly with egg, cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and seasonings.

4Stuff manicotti. Cover bottom of casserole with spaghetti sauce, then arrange manicotti over sauce and cover with remaining sauce.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
