  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cups Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Prepared Mustard (Dijon Or Yellow)
  • 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, mix well (you can zoop it all up in a blender if you prefer) then add meat (chicken, beef or pork). Marinate in refrigerator for 4-24 hours before cooking the meat by your preferred method.
