- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. cheese
- 8 oz. refrigerator biscuits
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Mix beef with barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar and salt.

3Open biscuits and press each into the cup of a muffin pan, making sure the dough goes up the sides of the cup.

4Spoon meat mixture into biscuit cups and sprinkle the top with 3/4 cup of cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
