- 1 ready made (9-inch) pie crust
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 raw egg
Directions

1Brown ground meat, salt and pepper to taste.

2Drain liquid off meat.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix together.

4Before putting meat mixture in pie crust, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Bisquick to absorb the juices when cooking.

5Mix cottage cheese and egg together.

6Sprinkle with paprika for color.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is brown.
