  • 1 c. diced, cooked leftover meat
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. meat stock
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Cook diced celery, onion, potatoes and carrots in meat stock until almost tender.

    Mix the diced meat into vegetables.

    Pour into 2-inch deep baking dish.

    Top with baking powder biscuits. Bake at 425° for 12 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle the top with the grated cheese.

    Return to oven at 350° for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
