  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. shortening
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • cold, chopped ham, seasoned with a little pepper and onions
  • a little stock or milk

Directions

    Make a fine crust with the flour, shortening and salt; mix and roll thin.

    Cut in 3-inch squares.

    Spread with seasoned ham. Moisten with a little stock or milk.

    Roll up like a jelly roll, pressing the ends tightly together.

    Bake in a 450° oven and serve hot.
