  • 6 to 12 bread slices
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • chicken (turkey) livers, diced
  • 1/4 of 1/4 lb. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley greens (optional)
  • poultry seasoning
  • milk

Directions

    Saute onions and poultry livers in butter.
