Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburg
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 c. catsup
  • 6 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients and roll into marble size meatballs.

    Brown in margarine and garlic salt, not too much, about 10 minutes.

    Mix up remaining ingredients and put in crock-pot or slow cooker, etc.

    Add meatballs.

    Heat on medium for 15 minutes. Turn temperature down to simmer/warm.

    Get some toothpicks and enjoy!
