- 2 slices toasted bread, crumbled
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. English peas
Directions

1Mix ingredients; form into small meatballs.

2Bake at 350° for 35 minutes uncovered in baking dish.

3Add tomatoes and peas. Return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes with cover on.
