  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • seasoning to taste
  • oil
  • 1 lb. carrots, cut up
  • 3 large green peppers, cut up
  • 2 large onions, cut up
  • 1 large can chunk-style tomatoes
  • flour and water (enough to thicken gravy)

Directions

    Season ground beef to your taste.

    Make small meatballs. Brown in large pot in small amount of oil.

    Drain grease from meatballs when brown.
  4. 4
    Add carrots, green peppers and onions.
  5. 5
    Add enough water to pot to cover ingredients.

    Cook over slow flame until carrots are tender (about 1 hour).

    Add tomatoes and cook another 5 minutes.
