Meatball Stuffing Casserole

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cups Onion, Minced
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 boxes (6 Oz. Box) Stuffing, Chicken Or Turkey
  • Hot Water, Enough To Moisten The Stuffing
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix the ground beef, onion, eggs and salt together.
  3. 3
    Form into approximately 20 meatballs.

    Moisten the stuffing with hot water.
  5. 5
    Cover each meatball with stuffing and place in a baking dish.

    Whisk the cream of chicken soup with the milk (I just fill one of the cans with milk and its the perfect amount).

    Pour over the meatballs.

    Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.

    Serve with veggies or a salad!
