Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 can marinara sauce
  • 2 can diced tomatos
  • 2 packages of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp onion powder

Directions

    In a sauce pan on medium heat, put in your 3 jars of marinara sauce, 2 cans diced tomatos, sugar, onion powder, & oregano

    In a mixing bowl, add your ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, chopped onions, chopped parsley & salt/pepper to taste

    Mix all together with your hands, then start making your meatballs

    Place your meatballs into your skillet evenly, let brown on both sides, then carefully place your meatballs into your sauce

    When done serve with your favorite kind of hoagie roll topped with mozzarella cheese!
