- 1 lb. hamburger
- 4 slices dampened bread
- 1 egg
- diced onion to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except soup and milk) with hands.

2Roll into balls.

3Roll in flour, salt and pepper.

4Brown in frying pan. Pour all grease out of pan except enough to make gravy.

5Add soup and milk to grease.

6Thin gravy down with water.

7Add meatballs back to gravy and simmer for 15 minutes.
