  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
