- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and shape into small meatballs.

2Roll meatballs in paprika.

3Lightly brown in 1/4 cup margarine.

4Drain grease and cover meatballs with cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1/2 can water.

5Bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
