- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (about 1 slice bread)
- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter flavor Crisco
- bottled barbecue sauce
Directions

1Beat egg in medium bowl.

2Mix in bread crumbs, chili sauce, salt, onion, garlic powder, ground beef and celery.

3Shape into 30 small balls about 1-inch in diameter.

4Melt Crisco in large skillet on medium heat.

5Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Continue cooking until done, about 12 minutes including browning. Warm barbecue sauce while meatballs cook.

6Serve meatballs on wooden picks to be dipped in warm sauce.
