- 2 c. fresh corn flakes, crushed to 1/2 c.
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- barbecue sauce (optional)
- sweet and sour sauce (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°. Combine ground beef, cereal, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and egg. Use 1 tablespoon meat mixture to shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until no longer pink, turning meatballs halfway through. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sauce.
