  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 c. fresh corn flakes, crushed to 1/2 c.
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • barbecue sauce (optional)
  • sweet and sour sauce (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°. Combine ground beef, cereal, cheese, garlic salt, pepper and egg. Use 1 tablespoon meat mixture to shape into 1 1/4-inch balls. Place on ungreased 15 x 10 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until no longer pink, turning meatballs halfway through. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with sauce.
