Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can light spaghetti sauce (medium size)
  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix the ground chuck, egg, soup mix, salt and pepper together.

    Roll into meatballs.

    Cook in oven until done.

    Drain off fat.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Pour cheese on top of meatballs.

    Pour spaghetti sauce over the cheese.

    Put back into oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Eat as a side dish or for sandwiches.
