- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1/4 c. breadcrumbs
- 20 oz. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 10 oz. apple jelly
- few drops Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Mix meat with soup mix, breadcrumbs and egg; make meatballs. Combine ketchup, apple jelly, butter and Tabasco.

2Stir until jelly melts and make sure ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

3Drop meatballs in crock-pot and cook on high for 1 hour, then reduce heat to low for 1 hour.
