  • 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • grated cheese (several shakes)
  • parsley flakes (several shakes)
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs

    Mix thoroughly in large bowl.

    Roll into large balls (about 10 to 12).

    Fry in hot oil for about 3/4 hour.

    Add a clove or 2 of garlic in oil.

    Use any sauce (canned, jar or homemade).
