- 3 1/2 to 4 lb. hamburg
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3 jars chili sauce
- 1 medium size jar grape jam
- 6 Dutch rusk, crushed
Directions

1Break hamburg up in a large bowl.

2Add salt, pepper, eggs, onion soup, Dutch rusk and water.

3Mix well with hands.

4Make into small meatballs.

5Put in a small roaster or large baking dish. Heat chili sauce and grape jam together, then pour on top of meatballs.

6Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
