- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- 14 cup skim milk
- 1 large egg
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Grind the bread in a food processor until fine crumbs form.

3Transfer to a large bowl, and pour milk over crumbs.

4Add Hamburger and egg to bowl with bread crumbs.

5Combine mixture with hands until well mixed.

6Make meatballs into whatever size desired.

7Mix ketchup, worcestershire, and hot sauce together to make glaze and apply to tops of meatballs.

8Bake until cooked through 30-45mins depending on size of meatballs.
