  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Mix together with a spoon or clean, bare hands until well mixed.

    Roll into 1 inch round meatballs. Spray a two-piece broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    Place meatballs on broiler pan in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning meatballs over halfway through baking. Serve with tomato sauce over spaghetti or in meatball submarine sandwiches.
