- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- chopped dill for garnish
- hot fluffy rice
Directions

1With fork, combine hamburger, milk, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

2Shape into 1 3/4 inch meatballs.

3Brown in 2 tablespoons hot oil in 12-inch skillet.

4In another pan heat 2 tablespoons oil.

5Cook onion and mushrooms with paprika until tender, 5 to 8 minutes.

6Sprinkle flour over mixture. While stirring, add beef broth.

7Place meatballs in mixture.

8Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

9Stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream.

10Heat through, careful not to boil.

11Serve over hot rice and sprinkle with dill.
