  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c. pine nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. dried black currants
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dill seed
  • 1 Tbsp. dehydrated parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 twists of pepper mill
  • oil for deep frying

Directions

    Mix all ingredients very thoroughly.

    Form into meatballs a about the size of golf balls.

    Drop into deep-fry oil one at a time and fry until golden brown.

    Remove to paper toweling to drain. Serve with chili sauce or catsup.
