- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 8 medium potatoes, sliced
- 2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
- 1 soup can hot water
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients and make into small meatballs; brown and drain.

2Place in bottom of large Dutch oven and top with onions and potatoes.

3Salt and pepper to taste.

4Pour tomato soup and water over this and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
