Meatballs With Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 8 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 soup can hot water

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients and make into small meatballs; brown and drain.

    Place in bottom of large Dutch oven and top with onions and potatoes.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour tomato soup and water over this and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
