  • 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin or 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1/3 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • cracked black pepper, to taste
  • For the glaze
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
