- 1 each salad dressing, italian
- 3 cups apple cider vinegar
- 13 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest grated (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Directions

1Mix all ingredients in cruet or medium bowl.

2Reserve 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; refrigerate.

3Pour remaining dressing mixture over 1 to 1 1/2 lb.

5Refrigerate to marinate.

6Drain; discard dressing mixture.

7Cook as desired, basting with reserved 1/4 cup dressing mixture.
