Mediterrain Fish Stew

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. frozen small onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 carrots
- 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. fillet of sole
- 1 green pepper, cut into small pieces
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt butter and cook onions for 2 minutes.

2Press garlic and add to onions.

3Add flour until smooth.

4Add tomatoes, water, carrots, chicken cubes, marjoram leaves, bay leaf and pepper. Cook until carrots are half done.

5Add fish, mushrooms and green pepper.

6Remove bay leaf and cook approximately 5 minutes, until fish flakes.

7Serve over cooked rice.
