- 300g jar tomato salsa sauce King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 - 4 fresh lasagne sheets
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 125g fresh ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup basil CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 100g thinly sliced prosciutto, panfried until crisp
- 250g roasted red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 8 slices (4 large) chargrilled eggplant Safeway 1 ea For $1.28 thru 02/09
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Spread the base of a 26 x 15cm lasagne dish, with a thin layer of salsa sauce.

2Top with a sheet of pasta and spread another thin layer of salsa.

3Combine Philly*, ricotta, milk and pesto to make a smooth paste.

4Spread 1/3 over salsa layer.

5Build on the pesto layer with half the prosciutto, red capsicum and eggplant, finishing with a sheet of pasta.

6Repeat layer.

7Spread top layer with Philly* pesto and sprinkle with parmesan.

8Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
