- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. toasted pine nuts
- 1/3 c. coarse chopped red bell peppers, vinegar/garlic marinated red peppers or roasted red peppers packed in a jar
- 3/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 18 sheets frozen phyllo dough, thawed according to package directions
- 1 c. unsalted butter
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Place chicken in a large nonreactive mixing bowl.

3Add pine nuts, peppers, Feta cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.

4Stir to combine, cover and refrigerate while you prepare phyllo.
