  • 6 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock
