Mega Marshmallow

   prepare a mould the shape in a round tub about 3 inches high and 2 inches wide (about) by lining with greaseproof paper and dusting with cornflour.

   in a large bowl over simmering water melt marshmallows until it's runny, this can take a while.

   take off the heat.

   pour into prepared mould.

   set in fridge.

   once set turn out.

   voila.
