  • 6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 or 4 mashed bananas
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Mix fruit and nuts in a large bowl.

    In a separate bowl, mix the Jell-O and gelatine with the cup of hot water.

    Add this mixture to the fruit and nuts.

    Pour half of this mixture in a mold.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until thickened.

    Spread with sour cream, then cover with the other half of the gelatine.
  7. 7
    Chill until set.
