  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 jar strained apricots (baby)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Shake mixture of flour, curry powder and salt with chicken. Brown chicken in a little oil in skillet.

    Place in baking dish. Stir sugar, beef cubes, onion, water, apricots, lemon juice and soy sauce in skillet.

    Heat to boiling point, being sure to crush bouillon cubes.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered 10 to 15 minutes.
