  • 2 medium cantaloupe melons
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. fruit flavored gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained and cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 c. seedless grapes, halved
  • lettuce leaves

Directions

    Cut melons in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds, stringy pulp and some of the meat, leaving a shell about 1 1/2-inches wide.

    Fill hollows with paper towels and invert on more paper towels to dry.
