- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1 1/3 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

2Blend in butter until a soft dough forms.

3If dough is too soft, cover it and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.

4Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Roll balls in coconut.

5Place balls 1 1/2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.

6Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

7Makes 3 dozen.
