- 2 cups fresh corn or 2 cups canned corn (creamed or kernel)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 4 tablespoons fat (butter, oil or margarine)
Directions

1Combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt& pepper with the corn.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Add cream to mixture.

4Melt fat in frying pan& drop corn mixture by spoonfuls into the hot fat.

5Brown on both sides.

6Serve w/ syrup.

7(pancake/waffle syrup).
