  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Add water and salt to egg white and beat until stiff but not dry.

    Gradually add sugar and vanilla.

    Beat until well mixed. Add baking powder and beat until smooth and fluffy.
