  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon extract

    Continue beating, adding sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Be sure sugar is dissolved.
