- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
Directions

1Beat all ingredients together but add sugar 1/4 at a time. Bake at night in a 275° oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes.

2Turn oven off and leave door closed overnight.

3Bake on brown paper bag. Make 9 meringues.

4Keep well wrapped.

5Better baked on a dry day.
