- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- whipped cream
- strawberries
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Beat egg whites until fluffy, about 2 minutes.

3Continue beating and slowly add sugar.

4Beat in vinegar and vanilla.

5Cover cookie sheet with foil, shiny side up.

6Drop mixture by teaspoons on cookie sheet.

7Bake for 1 hour; turn heat to 100° and bake another 20 minutes.

8Check that they don't brown. They're ready when they can be gently peeled off foil.

9Just before serving, put dollop of whipped cream in each center and top with berry.
