  • 1 (4 oz. serving size) pkg. Jell-O brand gelatin (strawberry)
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 1/2 c. Ocean Spray cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Add cranberry sauce and rind.

    Add juice.

    Chill until thickened.

    Fold in Cool Whip topping.

    Chill again until mixture will mound.

    Pour in pie shell.

    Chill until firm (about 3 hours).

    Garnish with cranberries, if desired.
