- 1/2 lb. lean pork, diced
- 1 c. onion, sliced
- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 pkg. frozen corn
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- cornmeal pastry
Directions

1In 1-quart ovenware casserole dish, brown onion, pork and beef.

2Turn dish, stir and cook for additional 8 minutes.

3Drain off fat.

4Place in baking dish.

5Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking for 15 to 16 minutes or until mixture boils. Stir, then cook for another 10 minutes.

6Prepare pastry.

7Cover dish with pastry.

8Cook 14 to 15 minutes longer.
