- 3/4 c. salsa
- 1 small onion, diced
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 soft flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain grease.

2Stir in salsa and let simmer.

4Microwave the tortillas 2 minutes.

5Fill tortillas with meat; pour cheese on meat.
