- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1 bunch celery top
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Cut onion into rings and lay in the bottom of the crockpot.

2Cut celery tops off about 2 inches down stalk and lay in bottom of crockpot.

3Lay pork chops on top of onion and celery.

4Sprinkle bullion, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.

5Pour diced tomatoes on top.
