  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Mexican-style diced tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bunch celery top
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 12 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

    Cut onion into rings and lay in the bottom of the crockpot.

    Cut celery tops off about 2 inches down stalk and lay in bottom of crockpot.

    Lay pork chops on top of onion and celery.

    Sprinkle bullion, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.

    Pour diced tomatoes on top.

    Cook on high 4-6 hours.
