Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ortega chilies, mashed
  • 3 c. sour cream
  • 6 green onion tops
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1/4 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • avocado
  • taco sauce (red or green)

Directions

    Bone chicken and break into pieces.

    Mix all ingredients except chips and cheeses together.

    Place tortilla chips in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Pour chicken mixture over chips.

    Place grated cheese over layers.

    Bake at 350° for about thirty minutes. Serve with chopped or mashed avocado over each serving and add red or green taco sauce.
