Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2/3 c. salsa
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chile without beans
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 10 oz. Jack cheese
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Chop chicken breasts into bite size pieces.

    Place in oblong pan.

    Tear tortillas into small pieces and layer on top of chicken. Sprinkle with onion and green chiles.

    Mix together in large bowl, soups, chile, chicken broth and salsa.

    Pour over chicken and tortillas.

    Sprinkle with black olives, then top with cheeses. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes, uncovered.
